In anticipation of their release of the Amnesia EP next week, Paint It Black has posted a new song online for your listening pleasure. The song, titled “Salem”, is streaming now at www.MySpace.com/Bridge9 andat www.Bridge9.com/PaintItBlack.
Following three of the best hardcore full-lengths of this decade and still going strong, Paint It Black plans on releasing several EP’s rather than record a follow-up LP to 2008’s stunning New Lexicon. The first in their EP series, Amnesia, was recorded at God City Studios with egineer Kurt Ballou and will be available at B9store.com, Itunes, Amazon, Emusic, Paint It Black shows, jackass “blogs” full of media fire links on June 16th. Due to some minor pressing issues ,independent retailers that still carry vinyl will have copies for sale beginning June 23rd and these will include a download card.
In celebration of Amnesia's release, Paint It Black will be playing a string of record release shows with their sort-of label mates, Ceremony and Crime In Stereo – check out tour dates below in addition to info on their upcoming UK jaunt.
