The Windy Ridge Bluegrass Band will perform on the Upper Meadow, playing contemporary and traditional bluegrass tunes. Bring a picnic, blanket or beach chairs and relax on the Upper Meadow while listening to the band. The garden will open at 4:30 for picnicking.
