Polar Bear Club to tour

2010 is proving to be an eventful year for Polar Bear Club. Having already spent the winter months touring through Australia and Europe, Polar Bear Club is ready tour the states for the next four months. Tonight, In Poughkeepsie, NY, PBC kicks off their first US jaunt of the year with the diverse lineup featuring Every Time I Die, Four Year Strong and Trapped Under Ice. The tour spans until April 6th when Polar Bear Club takes a short break before appearing at The Bamboozle New Jersey on May 2nd, prior to meeting up with Warped Tour for the month of June.

In the coming weeks, Polar Bear Club's first video off of the 2009 release Chasing Hamburg will debut. A conceptual piece not unlike the phenomenon of Peter Gabriel's 1986 "Sledgehammer" video, the video for "Living Saints" was directed by Thomas Colella and is unlike anything expected from a post-hardcore punk band. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the debut video from the band that has The Punk Site boldly stating, 'If this is the future of punk rock, we're in good hands."

Polar Bear Club plays the first show of many tonight before embarking to nearly all 48 continental states until the mid-summer months - check out PBC showcasing songs off the Bridge Nine debut Chasing Hamburg, and prepare for a show where 'the energy is relentless and the sincerity unyielding,' (Rock Sound).
