Kenny Loggins and the Glendale Pops Orchestra in concert

Friday, May 13, 2011, 8PM Glendale Pops Orchestra: The Premiere with Special Guest Kenny Loggins Alex Theatre, Glendale The Glendale Pops Orchestra debuts at the Alex Theatre in Glendale with “The Premiere,” highlights from the upcoming 6 show season. This musical Pops journey will take the audience through Swing, Bossa Nova, Love Songs and even a little Rock-n-Roll. The performance will be led by artistic director and conductor, Matt Catingub with a special performance by Kenny Loggins. All proceeds will go to support Glendale Arts, a non-profit organization charged with managing the historic Alex Theatre, the Glendale Pops Orchestra and coordinating resources for local artists and arts organizations. VIP and season ticket holders will be treated to pre and post champagne receptions and will have a chance to meet Matt Catingub. Tickets range from $33-$175.
