Radiation City in LA March 24

Radiation City will be performing at the Satellite on Saturday, 3/24 with Imperial Teen. Their Cool Nightmare EP will be out on April 10th. It's incredible.

The Portland, OR-based 5-piece write 60's girl group-inspired tunes with bite. This spring sees them embark on their first trip to SXSW with many performances along the way. They will release the EP digitally and on USB sticks attached to the piano keys, selling them on tour and at SXSW.

-Front gal Lizzy Ellison has this amazing voice and is gorgeous - sort of like a modern day Patsy Cline. Great harmonies and all the members chime in with vocals. Their live show is where you can really see it. Watch them on Into the Woods -

- Radiation City's founding members first came together through a series of creative collaborations (among them the art of landscaping, cooking, photography and starting a DIY cassette tape label called Apes Tapes).

- The band's last year debut The Hands That Take You has been lauded by MTV, ELLE, NYLON, Brooklyn Vegan, Paste, FuseTV, Prefix, and The L Magazine among others.
