The Pasadena Chamber of Commerce hosts the second Taste of Pasadena and SIP-tember Finale on Thursday, September 26th from 6PM to 9PM at the Rose Bowl. Enjoy food and drink tastings from many of Pasadena’s finest restaurants and help decide which SIP-tember cocktail is Pasadena’s favorite.

Shimmy Showcase Sept. 14

September  14  -  Shimmyshowcase takes a turn toward the dark with the annual “Goth Night,” brought to you by coordinators Draca and Ilana.    Najma, Taji, Shauntel, Laura V, Liliana, Aleksia, Devon, LoriLie, Chelle, and Saviya have responded to their call to gothic-inspired dancers who would like to perform for this popular program.  We encourage any Shimmyshowcase audience members who are just dying to get into the gothic experience to come attired in your favorite goth garb to help set the mood for these fabulous dancers!        

SHIMMY SHOWCASE takes place on the 3^rd Saturday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at Viento y Agua Coffee House in Long Beach at 4007 East 4^th Street; 562-434-1182.   Remember—there’s never a cover charge, but we encourage you to arrive early so you can purchase a tasty treat or beverage from our host venue before settling down to watch the show.
