Polish renaissance concert in Beverly Hills Jan. 17

A concert of *Musical Gems of the Polish Renaissance and Early Baroque* will be presented by the Wessex Consort, with friends from the Holborne Consort and soprano Krysta Close, in collaboration with the Polish Music Center at USC. The ten instrumentalists will be performing on 25 period wind and string instruments. This concert will feature secular dance and polyphonic works and sacred music on the timeless theme of Mary and Child, from the most important Polish composers and music collections of the period.
