Power Chord Academy announces mystery guests

New 2008 'Mystery Guests' announced! Fresh from their 2008 U.S. arena tour, Chiodos lead singer Craig Owens is scheduled to appear at Power Chord Academy this summer! Also confirmed to appear are Dave Shapiro from the Agency Group, Steve Fekete (Avril Lavigne's guitarist), and finalists from FOX TV's " The Next Great American Band", Rocket.

Also appearing are Moonrats, the Dollyrots, Shock Cinema, Mustard Plug, Maps & Atlases, Nurses, as well as guest speakers from Gibson Guitars, Zildjian, the Eels, Vertical Horizon, Five For Fighting, Semisonic, Golden Smog, Sargent House, and The Fray!

Every week at Power Chord Academy, one professional touring band or artist will perform an exclusive concert and conduct a question and answer session afterwards to impart guidance, inspiration and technical pointers to a completely captive audience. The special performance will be closed to the general public and open to attending Power Chord Academy musicians only.
