College football championship tickets, a Santa Ynez Valley wine tasting tour, a weekend getaway at an historic Sausalito inn and a summer afternoon aboard a private sailboat are just some of the auction items that will be up for bidding at Descanso Gardens' annual SEEDS fundraiser "Enchantment: A Magical Evening Under the Stars" on Saturday, June 6.
Raising funds for Descanso's various educational programs, the ninth annual SEEDS (Supporting Education and Excellence at Descanso) fundraiser invites supporters of the Gardens to join in the fun and merriment in an outdoor setting.
Other items on the auction list include: a CSI-themed party, a Newport Beach spa and golf getaway and a private cocktail gathering at Tiffany and Co. at the Americana in Glendale.
In addition to the live auction, which will be emceed by KNBC Channel Four Weathercaster Fritz Coleman, the evening will feature a specialty catered meal by Patina Catering and dancing to a live band, courtesy of Fortune Entertainment.
Through the year, SEEDS has raised nearly $1 million for Descanso educational program that directly engage school children, youth and developmentally disabled students.
Tickets to the SEEDS fundraiser are $200 each.

Established as a public garden in 1954, Descanso Gardens is at 1418 Descanso Drive, La Cañada Flintridge, near the interchange of the 2 and 210 freeways.
