Kimberly Stewart to star in Elevation video

Elevation, the Atlanta-based pop rock band, announced today that celebrity, socialite and fashion icon Kimberly Stewart will star in the upcoming music video for "Razoreyes" off their debut album, Strangelove.

This music video will mark firsts for both Elevation and Kimberly Stewart. This is the bands official debut music video along with the first time Stewart will play leading lady in a music video.

Despite the pop punch that "Razoreyes" delivers, the video will display the dark, alluring tone and feel that the lyrics possess. "Razoreyes" was remixed by highly acclaimed music producer/remixer, Mark Endert, who has worked with Madonna, The Fray and Maroon 5.

Elevation formed with vocalist Nathan Smith in 2002. This dynamic five-piece has assembled the necessary elements for greatness. Although it is clear that Elevation's music is heavily influenced by classic rock, some of their songs tease the boundaries of genre; sometimes shifting to a more indie or ambient sound. As the songs play with different sounds so do Smith's vocals.

Distinctive yet familiar, Smith's vocals can shift from soft to punchy or melodic to gritty, but always completely convincing. Lead guitarist Andrew Averso, rhythm guitarist Luke Hickok, bassist Matthew Perez, and drummer Stephen Bailey round out the band to compute a sound that is distinctly Elevation.

Release of the music video will be announced at a later date.
