Chef Lalo Sanchez of
The Parkway Grill

Wednesday, February 9th
3-5pm

The Parkway Grill has been a powerful force in the Regional American cuisine movement ever since it opened to rave reviews in 1984. Specializing in a seasonal, market-driven approach to cooking, the Parkway’s Executive Chef Lalo Sanchez capitalizes on diverse local culinary influences while using classic French techniques.

Parkway was one of the first restaurants on this side of town to have an exhibition kitchen and a wood-fired oven which still turns out the greatest pizzas ever! But that’s not the only reason The Parkway Grill is often referred to as "the Spago of Pasadena". Long before it was fashionable, Parkway's innovative chefs showcased their garden-fresh cuisine by preparing an intriguing array of ingredient-driven dishes. Just walk behind the restaurant to see fresh proof as Chef Lalo harvests from the organic vegetable and herb garden.

We are so pleased to have Chef Lalo presenting our February 9 FRESH cooking class. Space is limited so sign up right away and experience a fabulous afternoon…Parkway style!
