Pasadena Public Affairs Office seeks interns

The city of Pasadena Public Affairs Office is looking for adult or student interns to help provide customer service including answering telephones and light clerical duties.

The Public Affairs Office is the information link between city government, the community and the media. The office is responsible for writing and producing the community newsletter Pasadena In Focus, preparing and distributing news releases, responding to media inquiries, overseeing programming on 55 KPAS, creating brochures and other printed outreach materials, managing the city’s souvenir program, promoting special events and managing the information booth at City Hall.

Internships do not pay a wage; however, the work is ideal for those who want to build or update a resume.
