Norton Simon Museum to publish children's book

The Norton Simon Museum is delighted to announce the publication of Picturing the ABCs at the Norton Simon Museum, a charming, eye-catching book for children and families. Conceived by the Museum’s education department in consultation with the art department, the book uses artworks from the Museum’s stellar collection to teach children the letters of the alphabet while simultaneously fostering a love of the visual arts. The hardbound, 108-page book features 26 die-cut windows and full-color illustrations. It is for sale for $15 at the Museum store and at store.nortonsimon.org starting Nov. 12, 2012.
