Nuttin’ But Hutton, LLC presents a world premiere musical event, NUTTIN’ BUT HUTTON, A Musical Tribute To The Songs Of Betty Hutton! Conceived by Diane Vincent, with book by Diane Vincent & Sam Kriger, musical direction by Sam Kriger, choreographed by Lee Martino and directed by Larry Raben. NUTTIN’ BUT HUTTON will begin previews on Friday, March 8 at 8pm and will open on Saturday, March 16 at 8pm and will run for seven weeks through Sunday, April 28 at the NoHo Arts Center, 11136 Magnolia Blvd. (at Lankershim) in North Hollywood.
NUTTIN’ BUT HUTTON is a celebration of the songs of the one-and-only Betty Hutton! NUTTIN’ BUT HUTTON features over 20 show-stopping musical numbers, sophisticated 1940’s style vocal arrangements, a multi-media look at her legendary life while using a fresh approach in telling the superstar’s story and all backed by a powerhouse six-piece band! The triple threat cast of five takes us on a musical journey of the Betty Hutton songbook, which is chock-full of brilliant songs and novelty numbers by such world-class songwriters as Irving Berlin, George Gershwin, Frank Loesser, Livingston & Evans and Jimmy Van Heusen. Whether you’re a longtime fan or this is the first you have heard of her, you won’t want to miss NUTTIN’ BUT HUTTON!
NUTTIN’ BUT HUTTON will preview on Friday, March 8 at 8pm; Friday, Saturday, March 9 at 2pm & 8pm; Sunday, March 10 at 3pm; Thursday, March 14, Friday, March 15 at 8pm and will open on Saturday, March 16 at 8pm and will run for seven weeks through Sunday, April 28 at the NoHo Arts Center, 11136 Magnolia Blvd. (at Lankershim) in North Hollywood.
