Brooke Annibale
Brooke is Nashville-based singer-songwriter who will be releasing a new EP, Words in Your Eyes, on February 5th. As a Music Business graduate of Belmont University Brooke is among the new generation of artists that understands both sides of music - business and performance. She is an accurate representation of today's independent artist, booking her own shows, working closely with her licensing company, and self-releasing quality music. This new EP from Brooke veers slightly toward more of an ambient/electric sound, rather than the acoustic folk-pop sound found on her last album release which received excellent reviews from publications such as Glide Magazine, The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and Stereo Subversion. Her 2011 full-length release, Silence Worth Breaking, was nominated for an Independent Music Award and won the people's vote award in the Adult Contemporary category.
