Strung Out in West Hollywood Sept. 29

Legendary and influential punk rock veterans Los Angeles-based STRUNG OUT will be performing at House Of Blues in West Hollywood on Saturday September 29th. This is the home stretch of their two leg national headline tour Twisted In A Suburban Wasteland... They'll be performing both of their landmark albums Suburban Teenage Wasteland Blues (Fat Wreck Chords, 1996) and Twisted By Design (Fat Wreck Chords, 1998) back-to-back in their entirety. To date, both of these albums have combined sales exceeding 300k units.

Strung Out pioneered and perfected the sound of blending melodic punk/hardcore/metal, which has become their signature sound over the past 20 years. They've always stayed true to their sound and have never intentionally changed it to fit in with the current trend. Instead, they just continue to grow as musicians and write more complex riffs, beats, and harmonies. A great deal of bands cite them as influences including Rise Against, Thrice, and Avenged Sevenfold.
