The Pasadena Neighborhood Leadership Institute is a free program which provides you with the opportunity to acquire the tools and skills needed to become a more effective leader in your community. a This program will be held at various locations throughout the city every Tuesday night form 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for eight weeks.
