Ryan's Rock Show conducted an interview with Circa Survive vocalist Anthony Green. In this exclusive, candid interview, Green discusses the band’s evolution over the years, and their latest effort Blue Sky Noise. An excerpt follows:
Green: “When you do something for a long time, you get sharper at it. In a lot of ways, I think my whole idea of artistic creativity has changed. When the first record came out, I was a big fan of whatever happened, whatever came out. No second guessing, no revision, no real work--I just free-formed everything. Sometimes that works, sometimes that's awesome, but it almost never hurts to go back and double-check things, and really put what you're doing under the microscope.”
