Jerry Lee Lewis' "Mean Old Man" to be released on vinyl

Verve/Universal Music Enterprises and Shangri-La Entertainment have partnered with Sundazed Music to release music icon Jerry Lee Lewis’ “Mean Old Man” on vinyl on November 22, 2010. It has been over half a century since true American original Jerry Lee Lewis first rocketed to the top of America’s pop, country and R&B charts with “Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On” and “Great Balls of Fire.”

While those iconoclastic performances still define the essence of rock ‘n’ roll for millions, The Killer himself continues to thrill audiences around the world with his unique, scorching blend of rock, blues, country and gospel. Executive produced by Phoebe Lewis, produced by Jim Keltner and Steve Bing in Memphis and LA, “Mean Old Man” was released by Verve/Universal Music Enterprises on September 7.

“Mean Old Man” will be packaged in a special three-sided LP edition, pressed on high-definition 150 gram vinyl, and housed within a colorful gatefold jacket. This special edition vinyl will be available at brick and mortar record retail as well as online and also for direct order through www.sundazed.com.
