One Colorado, Pasadena, tree lighting Nov. 26

Naughty? Nice? Santa says everyone is welcome at One Colorado's annual tree-lighting ceremony. Get into the holiday spirit on Friday, November 26 at 6pm as we kick off the season and officially start the Charles Cherniss Tournament of Toys drive benefiting children in the San Gabriel Valley.

Santa will arrive to light the gorgeous 35-foot tree in the historic Courtyard with the help of 2011 Rose Queen® Evanne Friedmann and her Royal Court.

Bring a new, unwrapped toy or book for the Tournament of Toys drive and get a free photo with old St. Nick from 6:30pm to 9:00pm, on November 26 only. If your child is camera-shy, he or she can just drop a letter into Santa's Mailbox for a personal reply.

The sounds of the season will be performed by Pasadena’s award winning children’s theatre group, Theatre 360, and students from the Los Angeles Academy of Music. Be sure to get your free hot cocoa and cookies while you enjoy the cheerful atmosphere of the evening!
The tree lighting and Santa’s arrival is a free community event presented by One
Colorado, Pasadena Star-News, and the Pasadena Jaycees.

Festivities at One Colorado continue through December 24th with Santa in the Courtyard, Pet Night with Santa, free holiday craft workshop, and live performances by local choirs. More information can be found at onecolorado.com.
