The Dodos on tour in support of upcoming album

The Dodos' No Color will hit stores on March 15th via Frenchkiss Records in the U.S. (Wichita in Europe) and was produced by John Askew, who also produced the San Francisco duo’s impressive Frenchkiss debut Visiter.

Earlier this month, The Dodos launched an exclusive pre-order for No Color on their website. There are several pre-order packages of No Color available, including standard digital, CD, and gatefold Vinyl format. In addition, the band is offering a deluxe option that includes CD, vinyl, an exclusive silk-screened poster and limited-edition No Color t-shirt. Each package comes with an instant download of “Black Night,” and a download of No Color in DRM-free 320kbps MP3 or Apple Lossless format, delivered directly to your inbox on March 15th.

In other news, the band will be on tour in North America and Europe all this spring. The band is also running ticket giveaways in each city they’ll be playing in over the coming tour from their Facebook page. Fans need simply comment on the date of the show they’d like to attend, and a random winner will be chosen to receive a pair of tickets for every date (with the exception of festivals). Speaking of festivals, the band announced their full SXSW itinerary this morning. All Austin shows are included in the full list of tour dates below.
