Japon Bistor to offer Summer Sake Pairing Dinner to benefit Pasadena Museum of History

Summer Sake Pairing Dinner Thursday, July 16, 6:30 pm at Japon Bistro, 927 E. Colorado Blvd., Pasadena 91101

Join Japon Bistro owner Clarence Wong and Kenji Tateishi of Japan Prestige Sake as they guide guests through a five course dinner featuring seasonal Japanese dishes accompanied by late spring and summer sakes. The light floral and fruity characteristics of these sakes will be a perfect match for lighter summer fare.

Japon Bistro has been featured in articles in the Los Angeles Times food section, by the late Elmer Dills, and Michelin and Zagat recommended.
