Sound Healing is an alternative therapy that utilizes sound to help release energetic blockages and self-heal. The sounds are performed with quartz bowls as well as Adayara's speaking of the Anuhazi language, the oldest and most powerful sound healing tones on the planet. These sounds help you to reach a deeper meditative state and become more in touch with yourself. There are no movements during the Sound Healing session.
About Adayara BudAea Rivera:
Adayara suffered from a troubled past of sexual abuse, followed by years of drug, alcohol, and sex addiction. In 2000, he had a near-death experience after overdosing on drugs and alcohol. Ever since that near-death experience, Adayara has been practicing and recovering with sound healing therapies. Over the past decade, Adayara has done sound healing therapy for organizations all over the globe, as well as provided sessions for celebrity clients such as Ringo Starr & his wife Barbara Bach, Angelica Houston, and Ron Wood of Rolling Stones. Adayara can provide incredible insight into all-natural, alternative ways to re-learn who you are, where you came from, and where you’re going. He has written a book titled “Awaken the Kryst Within” which provides insight into his past experiences.
