NPR Music to stream new albums from Bruce Springsteen, Cee Lo Green, Salome and Os Mutantes tribute

Beginning today, NPR Music offers advance streams of new albums from Bruce Springsteen, Cee Lo Green, Salome, and a tribute to Os Mutantes. All of the recordings are available for free, on-demand listening at www.npr.org/music as part of the site’s “First Listen” series.

Bruce Springsteen: NPR streams 15 of its favorite tracks from the Boss’ new two-CD set The Promise. The collection includes 21 never-before-heard tracks, and is being released in conjunction with a reissue of his 1978 album Darkness on the Edge of Town. Stream songs from The Promise here:

Cee Lo Green: Riding high on the success of “F--- You,” the artist is about to release his much-anticipated new solo album. In addition to the catchy and profanity-laden first single, the album highlights Cee Lo’s trademark vocal and lyrical intensity, and is produced by Remi Salaam (Nas), among others.
