Frends was developed by professional snowboarders Keir Dillon, Jack Mitrani , Danny Davis , Kevin Pearce, Scotty Lago , Mason Aguirre, and Luke Mitrani , and is dedicated to developing quality consumer electronics. Their products are inspired, designed, engineered, field-tested and built to meet the same parameters that they have for each other. “Frends was founded with the vision of providing electronics accessories that enable youth and lifestyle consumers to create, inspire and connect,” said Frend, Keir Dillon. “We are really proud of our first line and we worked hard to deliver products that push the boundaries of electronic design and deliver unexpected results. We tested our gear out on the hill, at parties and even in hot tubs, to make sure that the products were ready. Basically, we broke our stuff so you wouldn’t have to.”
Frends built their headphones from the ground up, using the entire crew for inspiration and for the most honest research feedback anyone could ask for. The first installment consists of four styles, ranging from ear buds to overhead models, with prices from $30 to $60. All headphones are ergonomically and asymmetrically designed to fit your head, and each include top line features such as tangle-free material cords, iPhone and Blackberry compatible mics and custom tips.
