Pop music icon David Cassidy has a new single, just released on iTunes. UFO (U Fine One) is the song written for, and featured in, the new iSlinky Squashin’ Martians app, available exclusively for iPhone users. The app, produced by Cree8 Group, a Rogar Entertainment Company, celebrates the 50th anniversary of the classic Slinky toy brand.
“The idea to have David Cassidy as part of this program came to me watching one of Oprah’s final ‘Favorite Things’ shows, which featured both Slinky and David. It’s been a real blast working with David and I look forward to even more collaborations with him,” said Cory Rosenberg, Chief CRee8tive Officer. Rosenberg, a former Madison Avenue creative director as well as an Emmy-Nominated producer and multiple award-winning writer and director, co-wrote UFO (U Fine One) with Sheira Rosenberg, an award-winning songwriter and head of CRee8 Music. The app is available on the AppStore for $1.99, the single on iTunes for $.99.
The single will make its radio debut in the next 30 days.
