What is the 'Stomp'?
The Valley Ragtime Stomp is a free monthly concert in Canoga Park, CA, featuring ragtime-era and other vintage music, including stride, boogie-woogie, blues and ballads.
Musicians perform a set of three ragtime or ragtime-related solos or duets. After intermission, there is generally time for an encore or two by most performers.
Held on the 2nd Saturday of the month, it's a gathering of amateur and professional musicians that welcomes newcomers to play or just listen.
Henri's Restaurant also offers fine food and excellent service.
