L.A. based Brit import Dirty Harry is set to release U.S. debut CD, Songs From The Edge, on NYC based, full-service management company, WEG/A Wolf at your Door Records. The Orchard - leading digital distributor of independent music - will handle all digital marketing and promotion for the new CD. Street date for Songs From The Edge is Tue-Sep-25. The first single "Frayed at the Edges" will be serviced to Rock Radio the first week in August.

The 25 year old songstress - born and raised in the UK with a healthy dose of New York City's lower east side - is fresh out of the studio having completed Songs From The Edge with multi-platinum, Grammy nominated producer, Luke Ebbin (Bon Jovi, Rival Schools, Melissa Etheridge). Harry's sound is an electrifying blend of the sweet and the raw - a rock sound that bites as it caresses. Songs from the Edge is testimony to her strength of will, passion for music and desire to rock out.

Legendary uber-photographer Mick Rock conducted the photo shoot for the CD package and marketing materials. The photographic chemistry (and declared mutual admiration) between the pair produced an electric array of images, fusing retro chic glam with cutting edge 21st century rock.

Dirty Harry will be participating in the mid-August roll-out of Deep Rock Drive, a new paradigm for artists and fans to build community and interaction for live performances, set to launch early October 2007.
Deep Rock Drive is constructed to be an interactive online performance experience that goes far beyond the practice of traditional video streaming. Interactive from start to finish, music fans nominate their favorite artist, circulate an online petition to secure a minimum of 1000 names, and purchase virtual tickets to the live performance once the nominated artist has been confirmed. The Deep Rock Drive website provides music fans with a plethora of marketing and promotion materials and ideas to ensure their favorite artist will make the cut.
Harry is impressed with this innovative approach and eager to begin her campaign: "fans of my music will love the idea of participating from start to finish, they are a vocal, active bunch."
US tour dates, beginning October 2007 on the West Coast, will be announced soon. November 2006 Dirty Harry was selected as the face and voice for Buy.com.
