Kristin Cavallari designs shoe to help OneKid OneWorld

Just in time for summer, ShoeDazzle is partnering with another celebrity, actress Kristin Cavallari (MTV’s “The Hills”), to design a one-of-a-kind, fashionable wedge with 100% of the profits going to her charity, OneKid OneWorld (http://www.onekidoneworld.org). The “Bardot,” a flirty pink, high-heeled espadrille with a flower print footbed is perfect for those hot summer days or a night on the town! The finished product will be available on May 16th, exclusively at ShoeDazzle.com.

“Partnering with ShoeDazzle has given me the opportunity to join two of my loves, fashion and charity work!” says Cavallari. “I’ve enjoyed the process of designing this unique shoe that really matches my style and personality.”

“We were thrilled that Kristin was willing to lend her time and creativity to ShoeDazzle’s ‘Celebrity Shoe Design Program for Charity.’ She was very motivated to help OneKid OneWorld - a fantastic charity - and her design produced an incredibly stylish shoe,” offered ShoeDazzle Chief Operating Officer Deborah Benton.

In addition to donating 100% of the profits from the sale of the shoe to OneKid OneWorld, with Kristin’s participation, ShoeDazzle will make an additional donation of $5 for each new client that joins ShoeDazzle using the special code “KRISTIN,” between the period of May 1st and June 15th.

Prior to Cavallari’s shoe release, ShoeDazzle partnered with Jenny McCarthy, singer Mel B and actresses Kristen Bell and Kristin Chenoweth for their “Celebrity Shoe Design Program for Charity.” The company launched its first cause-marketing campaign in fall 2009, offering a pink pump benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This year, in other cause related products, ShoeDazzle designed a special red pump and clutch to support WomenHeart and raise awareness for American Heart Month as well as accessories benefiting breast cancer awareness.
