TouchTunes and Sony Music celebrate Record Store Day

Record Store Day 2011 is coming! An annual day to pay homage to the corner music shop and all the unique culture that the over 700 independently owned record stores across the USA bring. On April 16, music artists and independently owned record stores will come together to celebrate the art of music. To get the party started, TouchTunes has partnered with Sony Music to bring a special Record Store Day inspired playlist to its fleet of digital jukeboxes across the US that features exclusive tracks from Record Store Day 2011 participating artists, including Bob Dylan, Foo Fighters, Ray LaMontagne, Bruce Springsteen and Record Store Day 2011 Ambassador Ozzy Osbourne. Running from April 1st – April 16th, TouchTunes will also offer consumers the chance to enter a special sweepstakes for a chance to win a Record Store Day Prize Pack that includes exclusive CDs, LPs and a Sony USB turntable.
