Dreams Come True at the Wiltern Oct. 1

One of the most popular and influential Japanese groups of all time, DREAMS COME TRUE is coming to America this fall and will be performing at The Wiltern on October 1st. Tickets for “DREAMS COME TRUE WONDERLAND 2011, THE NIGHT WITH DREAMS COME TRUE in the USA” go on sale Friday, July 1st at 10 AM. Purchase tickets at LiveNation.com, select Live Nation and Ticketmaster retail outlets and via Charge-By-Phone at (800) 745-3000.

Comprised of vocalist Miwa Yoshida and bassist Masato Nakamura, DREAMS COME TRUE’s show at The Wiltern will be their first concert in the U.S. in nine years. The duo will perform “THE NIGHT WITH DREAMS COME TRUE in the USA,” their special set pulled from the “DREAMS COME TRUE WONDERLAND 2011” series. It is also their first time taking this particular show abroad.

In 2002, DREAMS COME TRUE toured internationally with the “2002: Monkey Girl Odyssey US-Mix” and “2002: Monkey Girl Odyssey West Coast-Mix,” shows that were performed entirely in English. However, on this upcoming U.S. tour, Yoshida will perform all of the songs in Japanese providing a unique opportunity for both Japanese and non-Japanese fans living in America to enjoy the songs in Japanese.

This is a big year for the WONDERLAND tour and an exciting challenge for DREAMS COME TRUE. Yoshida and Nakamura are eagerly anticipating the American tour and the ways this experience will offer DREAMS COME TRUE another opportunity to evolve.
