Twisted Branches
Every now and again, there is a groundbreaking idea so compelling
that it weaves its way into the fabric of our culture. "Twisted
Branches" is the compelling tale of an average American family
plucked from obscurity and placed under the scrutiny of a discerning
television lens. Combining classic storytelling, music and dance
along with a pioneering live performance effect, that involves
stereoscopic 3D, “Twisted Branches” is destined to break tradition
and reinvent the way we experience theatre.
At the helm of this daunting task is acclaimed choreographer and
Michael Jackson protégé, Eddie Garcia. Along with the technical
wizardry of John Virciglio, Eddie Garcia’s story is brought to life
by enhancing live performances with a Stereoscopic 3D illusion,
complete with traditional 3D glasses. This dynamic duo has provided
a new and exciting presentation to live theater that has previously
been restricted to motion pictures.

1, 2011 at the beautiful El Portal Theatre.
