Day of the Dead festival at the Autry Oct. 29

¡Vivan Los Muertos!

The Autry, in collaboration with Lore Productions and the Oaxaca State Secretary of Culture’s Office, pays homage to the dearly departed at this lively Day of the Dead festival



Featuring the recycled art of Luis Villanueva; a life-size installation by Marcus Pollitz of Fiesta Floats; “Aztec Stories” by Michael Heralda; elaborately decorated altars; and performances by Ballet Folklorico Nueva Antequera, Danza Azteca Xocoyote, singer Linda “Violeta” Straley, and KCRW DJ Raul Campos

Admission is $10 for adults, $6 for students and seniors 60+, $4 for children ages 3–12, and free for Autry members, veterans, and children age 2 and under.
