Every week at Power Chord Academy, one professional touring band or artist will perform an exclusive concert and conduct a question and answer session afterwards to impart guidance, inspiration and technical pointers to a completely captive audience. The special performance will be closed to the general public and open to attending Power Chord Academy musicians only.

Since its inception in 1999, Power Chord Academy has witnessed exponential growth, directly attributed to the intrinsic value of its acclaimed curriculum, where dedicated musicians ages 12-18 are put through the most inspirational, educational, and intensive week of their young careers. PCA attendees get to experience a week of being virtual rock stars!
Students get to form a band with their peers, write songs with a producer, professionally record a CD single, film an MTV-caliber music video, and perform concerts produced by a professional live sound team. In addition, students receive in-depth information on the many intricacies of the music industry. This is truly a dream experience for teen musicians!!
