As the president of the National Association of Powered Skateboard Racing, James Hawkins is pleased to announce that for the second year the X-Calibur Skateboard Manufacturing Company. has been SANCTIONED to venue another year of POWERED SKATEBOARD RACING at the Encino Velodrome, in Encino California, located at Oxnard and Louise.
