DAVID: THE MUSICAL will preview on Thursday, September 9 at 8pm and will open on Friday, September 10 and run through Sunday, October 17 at the Hayworth Theatre, 2511 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles.
DAVID: THE MUSICAL, is a contemporary musical chronicle on the life of King David of Bethlehem,. Charismatic leader and legendary figure of Israel; the show follows his rise to power, seduction of Bathsheeba, the death of his sons, and eventual fall from grace in the struggle of order and insurrection. As a family and nation are challenged by corruption, and conspiracy, we see how one man can be the cause, and solution of it all, as well as the subsequent road to redemption by David himself .
