Roy's Restaurant dinner to benefit HIllsides in Pasadena Sept. 14

Chef Roy Yamaguchi will make a special appearance at Roy’s Restaurant in Pasadena during a four-course dinner on September 14 to benefit Hillsides. Donating partial proceeds from the evening to the children’s charity, Roy’s will take table reservations for seating between 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

“Having partnerships with businesses like Roy’s Restaurant in the community is significant to our mission,” said Joseph Costa, Hillsides chief executive officer. “Community donations help us offer life-changing programs to vulnerable children and their families and continue creating safe places for them.”

The restaurant Founder/Chef Roy Yamaguchi will join Hillsides’ supporters for an island inspired benefit while experiencing Hawaiian Fusion® Cuisine. The evening’s festivities will include entertainment, a lei and Mai Tai welcome.

“We’ve always tried to partner with children’s charities in the community,” said Managing Partner Chris Kadohiro. “For us, it’s been a partnership with Hillsides and we continue to nurture this relationship as we celebrate our second anniversary in Pasadena.”
