I am elated to announce the 14 track project, produced by yours truly and Robert DeLong, featuring Huit Kilos, Joey Ryan, Poet John Paul, Sam Pullen, Shawn Morones and of course my amazing band of Matthew Lee, Robert DeLong and Matt Knapil, is finished! Huit Kilos (http://www.huitkilos.com/) has played on 100+ African, French and American records and brings his original dialect and Soukous guitar playing to the mix on several tracks. Joey Ryan (http://www.joeyryan.net/), a prolific Los Angeles singer/songwriter (Bella soundtrack, Hotel Cafe regular, One Tree Hill), sings with me on a couple tunes, too!
