Judas Priest on A&E's "Private Sessions" Sunday

Heavy metal sensation, Judas Priest, rock out on an all-new episode of “Private Sessions” this Sunday, August 8 at 9AM ET/PT on A&E. The band from Birmingham, England have clearly left their stamp on the world of heavy metal music and performs some of their biggest hits from their new release “British Steel 30th Anniversary Edition.”

Lead singer Rob Halford joins host Lynn Hoffman to share stories from the road and some fond memories that he has from the band. He’ll also discuss the release of their new album and Judas Priest will perform fan favorites such as; “Breaking the Law,” “You’ve Got Another Thing Comin’,” “Living After Midnight” and “Freewheel Burning.” There will also be surprise guest appearances by Dee Snider, the lead singer of Twisted Sister and from A&E’s “Growing Up Twisted,” as well as Motorhead’s Lemmy Kilmister.

Filmed in a small, intimate studio in New York City, “Private Sessions” showcases exclusive performances and conversations with top names in entertainment with a focus on contemporary music ranging from rock ‘n’ roll to pop to country. Each Sunday morning “Private Sessions” explores the body of work of a single artists or group and feature current releases as well as career-building, influential or defining projects.
