WILD WEST DAYS at the Arboretum April 30 & May 1


Back in the late 1800s when Elias J. “Lucky” Baldwin owned the land that would become the Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden, it was a time of ranch hands and gamblers as well as style makers of Victorian sensibilities.


Join a celebration of the rough and refined days of Lucky Baldwin Saturday, April 30, and Sunday, May 1.

Western Entertainment:

The Shadow Mountain Band, Pam Loe & Hipshot, Barn Dances featuring The Moonlight Trio, trick roping by Hermanos Banuelos Charro Team, calliopes, carriage rides, a root beer saloon, Meet the Horse, games and crafts for children and much more.


Victorian highlights:

Queen Anne Cottage open house, Victorian Town Folk from Pasadena, tours of the Coach Barn, Santa Anita Depot and Rose Garden.
