Pasadena Fire Engineer Kevin Moore candlelight memorial tonight

Pasadena Fire Engineer Kevin Moore, who died of cardiac arrest May 31, will be honored during a candlelight memorial Tuesday, June 7, at 8 p.m. at Fire Station #32, 2424 E. Villa St. in Pasadena.

Moore, 53, was a 32-year veteran and second-generation member of the Pasadena Fire Department, He had recently announced his intent to retire this July.

During the memorial his emergency firefighting attire (also known as turn-outs), his Harley Davidson motorcycle and a photo collage will be at the fire station.

The Pasadena Fire Department and all its personnel are inviting the community to show their support for Engineer Moore, who was housed at Fire Station #32 for nearly two decades and built many relationships in Pasadena over the years.
