Members of the Gold Medal US Olympic Women’s Water Polo Team will make a special appearance at Knott’s Berry Farm to celebrate their achievement and show their appreciation for their local fans.
The U.S. Olympic Women's Water Polo Team won their first ever Olympic gold medal with an 8-5 defeat of Spain in the championship match of the 2012 Olympic Games in London on August 9. The gold medal is the first in team history for the USA Women and is added to a collection that includes two silver medals (2000,2008) and a bronze medal (2004).
The USA Water Polo has 500 registered clubs across the United States and is headquartered in Huntington Beach, California.
