Jeff Goldblum concert New Year's Eve in Beverly HIlls

Actor and musician Jeff Goldblum, famous for his comedic and quirky performances in films like Independence Day, Jurassic Park, and many other movies and television shows, will ring in 2013 when he performs at celebrity hotspot Crustacean on New Year’s Eve. The New Year’s Eve Bash will start at 5 p.m. and go throughout the evening as festivities continue until the ball drops and beyond.

For New Year’s Eve revelers wanting an entertaining, lively performance, look no further; Goldblum made headlines in the Los Angeles Times in 2011 when he performed on the piano at a campground outside of Coachella Music Festival for a Funny or Die stunt. Audience members loved his charismatic jazz, witty banter, and humorous stage presence, and guests can expect just that and more at Crustacean on December 31. Goldblum will start performing at 9 p.m., at the second seating, and play two sets.

From 5 to 7 p.m. Crustacean will offer an a la carte dinner option followed by a second seating starting at 9 p.m. that features a four-course prix fixe menu with a champagne toast at midnight.   Seating in the concert section, which is located on the main floor of the restaurant is $250 per person. Guests can also enjoy Goldblum’s performance and the four-course prix fixe menu from the balcony section of the restaurant for $185 per person.  Additionally, space is available in the restaurant’s bar and lounge for pre-countdown festivities and includes two cocktails, dessert and a glass of champagne at midnight, for $75 per person. There is limited seating for all three sections, so an early RSVP is recommended. RSVP to Liz Dean at 310-205-8990, extension 202.

Crustacean Beverly Hills is a world-renowned, awarding winning Euro-Vietnamese upscale restaurant featuring the famous "Walk on Water" entrance - a serpentine aquarium that winds through the cocktail lounge of the restaurant, guiding guests to the French Colonial splendor of the main dining room. Elizabeth An's interior design, a re-creation of her grand-parents’ French Colonial estate in Hanoi, has been the focus of articles in USA Today, InStyle, E, Style Channel, and CNN. The family's Secret Kitchen and cuisine has been profiled in The Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, the French newspaper Le Figaro, Wine Spectator, Food and Wine, Gourmet and Bon Appetit magazines.
