Pete Maina and Brian Shram team up for "Rockin Fish Tales"

Something’s fishy in the Motor City and it isn’t the Detroit River. We are REALLY REALLY excited to just tell YOU what the heck is going on in the fishing world, Rock and roll baby, rock and frickin roll is taking over the boats across the Midwest!! That’s right, like what it did for NASCAR in the past, rock and roll and fishing ARE now bringing the sport of fishing more into the public eye!

Pete Maina, America’s favorite Muskie fisherman and host of the popular Versus show “The Next Bite” has teamed up with former Uncle Cracker guitarist Brian Shram to mix rock and roll and fishing with the NEW release “Rockin Fish Tales” due out in stores November 27th. That’s right we are bringing you the hippest, coolest fishing record JUST in time for the holidays. The single for the record “Rockin' Mutha Humma With a Fishin Pole” was released November 11th to the United States and Canada and WILL have you bouncing in your seat!!!!!!

"I've waited years for it: a Fishin' Rocker - and a rockin fishing record! Great friend and fishing partner Shram nailed it! Brian's awesome Muskie Maniac song was the inspiration ... from adrenaline-rush-in-your-face rock -- to bluesy -- to the ("Skunked") ballad, Shram's Rockin Fish Tales is the perfect musical "lure". Fish and fishers of all types love it. - Pete Maina, Host of "The Next Bite"

With titles like “Muskie Maniac” (Next Bite theme song), “Smallville”, “Catfish Man” and an homage to Wisconsin Fishing Legend John Gillespie “Hey John Gillespie”, Shrams music IS quickly making waves in the fishing community.

“Hey folks this music really gets you going! If you love to fish or even if you can’t stand the sport, the Brian Shram band will have you dancing. We listen to the record before we get on the water and it really gets the adrenaline running. The only problem is sometimes we spend more time dancing in the boat than we do fishing! Finally some hot rock for us anglers. Thanks BRIAN SHRAM BAND.” – John Gillespie, Wisconsin’s Water and Woods and popular ESPN host

You will be able to get the record at CDBaby.net, iTunes, Rhapsody Music just to name a few.

"Shram rocks on & off the water! ....best fishing CD period!" Mark Zona, ESPN outdoors
