Support local music with Sierra Madre Sue

This ain't no disco. This ain't no foolin' around." Well, maybe a little! At least I hope so. Isn't that what Christmas Caroling is all about? Celebrating the season of comfort and joy? And here in Sierra Madre it all starts at 4pm on Saturday, November 29th when Santa Claus arrives in Kersting Court to a line of rosy-cheeked cherubs who can't wait to sit on his lap with their wish list in hand.

Part of the annual "Dickens Village" event, you can also have your picture taken with Santa, sled down a hill of REAL snow, enter to win a live Christmas tree and enjoy music to put you in the spirit of the season - the season of shopping and dining in downtown Sierra Madre!

The carolers who will be foolin' around in Kersting Court from 4 - 6pm, include some locally famous singers and musicians from Snotty Scotty to Mercy & the Merkettes to Better Than Blue to New Astroturf and many more. An all-star cast of characters doing a mixture of traditional and modern holiday tunes. Don't miss it! More info. below.

Pictured here, from left to right are: Paul, Peter, Jessica, Scotty, Danny, Felicia, Steve, Mercy, and Cynthia. Also singing, but not shown are: Jane, Deanna, Jonathan & Michelle. Also shown in the photo, but not singing are: Beethoven & Bob Dylan!
