"The Biker's Guide to Business" by Dwain DeVille available in August

Author Dwain DeVille has combined decades of business experience with a lifetime of riding motorcycles to produce The Biker’s Guide to Business, which will be available nationally on August 31st.

By using motorcycle riding as a metaphor, DeVille draws parallels between biking and business and shows people how to navigate their own path to success through the toughest of times in both business and in life.

“Bikers and successful business people have a lot in common,” said Deville. “We’re bold. We’re adventurous. We’re willing to take risks. We want to chart our own course and most importantly – we want to enjoy the ride.”

Published by John Wiley & Sons, The Biker’s Guide to Business isn’t the typical business book that tries to get readers to translate someone else’s success model into a complex template that may not fit their situation. This book shows readers how to create their own vision for success and navigate the road that will take them where they want to go.

DeVille knows both business and bikes.

After a successful career in banking, he founded WaterMark International Inc., a consulting business that helps established business leaders and their companies achieve high performance. He’s coached more than 100 entrepreneurs, CEO’s and senior managers – several on motorcycle retreats.

DeVille also knows bikes. He started out on a Honda 100 in high school and now rides a Harley Road King. He’s ridden across the country, been to several Daytona Bike Weeks, attended the inaugural Bike Week New Orleans and is a Harley Owners Group member.

The Biker’s Guide to Business will be available in all major booksellers, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble and Borders . The book is available now for pre-order.
