“Let’s Talk About Love” Singing Contest Finals with Radio Disney Hosts, Special Celebrity Judges and Guest Performers

1:30 – 3:00 p.m. (Singing auditions and entertainment by the Debbie Allen Dance Academy Troop, 12-year-old recording artist and actress Jamia Nash of “August Rush” and “The Young and the Restless” acclaim and Puerto Rican boy band, Menudo)

3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Autograph signing with Jamia)
Build-A-Bear Workshop, located on the Second Level at the front of Awards Walk, Hollywood & Highland Center

Cheer on the five finalists, ages 11-18, selected by popular vote in the “Let’s Talk About Love” singing contest as they perform their special renditions of the
Build-A-Bear Workshop® exclusive song before a panel of music industry and celebrity judges. Winner receives $10,000 plus a professional song recording. Judges include:

· Debbie Allen, director, choreographer, author and star of the international hit TV series, FAME

· R&B singer Chaka Khan

· Tena Clark, founder and chief executive officer/chief creative officer of DMI Music & Media Solutions

· Kevin Gore, executive vice president and general manager of Rhino Records

· A band member of the Puerto Rican boy band, Menudo
