State of Man on tour and working with charities

Atlanta’s own State of Man are set to release their new album, In This Place (PolyPlat/Fontana) online on May 19 and in-stores on June 30. One June 7, the band launched their Service2Humanity tour where they will work in tandem with charities in each tour market to encourage their fans to join them in volunteering to help a local charity on a community project.

Produced by Rick Beato (Shinedown, Bullet For My Valentine), In This Place features 10 tracks of instantly memorable anthems including the album’s first single, the soaring “Swallow Your Fears.” The track will officially be released to radio and available for purchase online, including iTunes, Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart, on March 24.

State of Man is currently on a radio promo tour with stops at WSTR/Atlanta, KSCF/San Diego, KEZR/San Jose, KZZO/Sacramento, KTFM/San Antonio, WRQX/Washington DC, WPLJ/New York, WTIC/Hartford, and WTMX/Chicago.

Formed in Atlanta in 2000, State of Man established their “band to watch” status on their debut album, Both Sides of the Story, with a Billboard Top 10 single. The band’s positive lyrics and message combined with a memorable, high-energy live show has inspired a legion of loyal fans, and made them morning show performance favorites on Atlanta’s FOX and CBS television stations.
