Elevation to release music video featuring Kimberly Stewart

After months of anticipation, Elevation releases their debut music video for single "Razoreyes" starring celebrity, socialite and fashion icon Kimberly Stewart on September 9th, 2009. The release comes after Elevation spent part of the summer touring in the Middle East with Armed Forces Entertainment and gearing up for an East Coast tour this fall.

The video has already been gaining buzz throughout the industry and will be featured on Yahoo VIDEO, Y! Entertainment, and will be the video of the day on both AOLMusic.com and Bebo on September 17th. All of which comes shortly after Elevation plays a free show in New York City at The Studio at Webster Hall on September 14th, 8:00pm, with Hotspur. The video can also be seen on mtv.com, mtvU.com, XM & Sirius Radio, YouTube and iTunes.

This music video will mark firsts for both Elevation and Kimberly Stewart. This is the bands official debut music video along with the first time Stewart will play leading lady in a music video. Despite the pop punch that "Razoreyes" delivers, the video displays the dark, alluring tone and feel that the lyrics possess.

About Elevation
"Razoreyes" was remixed by highly acclaimed music producer/remixer, Mark Endert, who has worked with Madonna, The Fray and Maroon 5. Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, Elevation is taking the country by storm with the release of their debut album, Strangelove.

Dubbed one of the top ten indie bands to watch in 2009 (Muchmusic.com), Elevation continues to develop a repertoire that is unforgettable. With such a full and sweeping sound, the band has captured audiences nationwide and has successfully filled a void in the musical community.

In Elevation, rock has returned to its southern roots, genuinely reviving the genre where most other bands have failed, whilst providing a refreshing and positive appeal to a modern audience. Elevation consists of lead singer Nathan Smith, lead guitarist Andrew Averso, rhythm guitarist Luke Hickok, bassist Matthew Perez and drummer Stephen Bailey.
