Dine in Old Pasadena and help Union Station

More than 25 Old Pasadena restaurants will treat diners to an affordable luxury dining experience during the second annual Old Pasadena Restaurant Week, June 1st through June 8th. Local foodies and visitors can indulge in the best of Old Pasadena's most popular restaurants at a deep discount, while helping feed those in need. For eight straight days, diners will savor three gourmet courses at one great price, starting as low as $15, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Union Station Homeless Services.

A diverse array of award -winning area restaurants will offer three course pre-fixed gourmet meals at a special deal with deluxe dining at $15 for lunch and $25 for dinner or fine dining at $25 for lunch and $35 for dinner. Exquisite dishes prepared by the area’s most talented chefs include: braised short ribs with sautéed Swiss chard, heirloom carrots and tatziki at Vertical Wine Bistro, chocolate beignets with strawberry sauce and caramel at Pop Champagne & Dessert Bar, fresh pacific white fish with sautéed spinach, pea tendrils and roasted cherry tomatoes at La Grande Orange Café, Niman Ranch flat iron steak marinated in rosemary oil served with house made fries, grilled asparagus and molasses bordelaise sauce at Quadrupel Brasserie, ham and cheese empanada at 1810 Argentinean Restaurant, potato gnocchi with sautéed leeks, roasted mushroom, asparagus and garlic, spinach pesto at Green Street Tavern, Lotus on Fire Roll: spicy tuna, lotus root, and jalapeno on top of California roll at Kabuki, and many more! Diners will not only marvel in the adventure of taste that Old Pasadena Restaurant Week offers, but will also enjoy helping others with 10% of event proceeds benefiting Union Station Homeless Services, celebrating 36 years of helping those in need. This year, Old Pasadena Management has partnered with Old Town Cooking School to host a very special cooking class paying tribute to Pasadena’s own Julia Child. Based on Mastering the Art of French Cooking, this unique lunch class will benefit Union Station Homeless Services with $20 from every ticket sold going towards the organization. All classes include a complete meal demonstration, a petite tutorial with wines and tasting, a petite tutorial on cheese and tasting, as well as a full buffet of the example meal.
